When you live with us, you can receive mail and packages from your friends, family and online shopping
Here’s how it works.
Letters and small packages
We’ll deliver them to your flat’s mailbox or a secure locker. You’ll get an email or text message when they arrive. You can access them anytime with your key or code.
Large or valuable packages
We’ll keep them safe at reception until you collect them. You’ll get an email or text message when they arrive. You’ll need to show your ID and sign for them when you pick them up.
Sending mail or packages
You can buy stamps and envelopes at reception. You can also use our partner services to send packages within the UK or abroad. Ask our friendly team for more information.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your mail or packages. We also reserve the right to refuse or return any items that are illegal, dangerous or inappropriate.
Parcels must be delivered directly to residents and not left in the building entrances and foyers. This is a fire hazard and may result in being removed by the Residential Services Team for the safety of our students in halls.
To avoid this do not allow couriers into the building or foyer, instead, go down and meet the driver to collect your parcel, and unless you have made a prior arrangement with another resident, please do not sign for parcels on behalf of someone else.
